Pale yellow, it has a fruity bouquet, at times tropical and citrusy, with hints of hawthorn; the taste is fresh with a pleasant nutty aftertaste. The Grechetto gives intensity and structure while the Trebbiano Spoletino gives aromas and freshness.

Ideal with: Fish soups
