Main Variety: Sangiovese. Sagrantino

Region: Umbria, Marcellano (PG)

On the nose, it opens with floral aromas, enriched by a hint of spice. On the palate, the wine is juicy and enveloping, with dominant notes of black cherry, liquorice and ground pepper, which blend harmoniously with a touch of crushed mint. The tannins are refined and provide a solid structure.

Ideal with: Tagliatelle with wild boar ragu, mixed grilled meats or aged Umbrian pecorino cheese
