Region: Umbria, Montefalco (PG)

Ruby red colour with intense purple reflections. The nose opens with an intense fruity bouquet, with elegant hints of raspberry, enriched by pleasant spicy notes of vanilla. On the palate, it is enveloping, pleasantly full and round. The wine has tannins that give it character.

Ideal with: Grilled mixed meats, pappardelle with wild boar ragù or Umbrian pecorino cheese
