Clean and intense nose, with distinct notes of red/black fruits, particularly ripe raspberries and blackberries. Spicy notes of star anise, ginger, sweet liquorice and black pepper Palate: clear notes of pomegranate, silky and integrated tannin.

Ideal with: Light traditional Italian dishes such as pasta with tomato sauce, risottos and white meats
