Main Variety: Sangiovese, Trasimeno Gamay and a hint of Cabernet Sauvignon

Region: Umbria, Castiglione Del Lago (PG)

Colour: ruby red, intense and warm violet notes, clear. Bouquet: broad and fine, rich in notes of red fruit and fine spices. Taste: dry, full and elegant in the complex fruit tones and in the notes of sweet spices.

Ideal with: Roasts
